Domestic Violence

PLEASE NOTE that we will closing our offices permanently on September 30, 2011.  The Committee Against Domestic Abuse (CADA) is assuming all of the sexual assault and domestic violence programs; Brown County is assuming the general crime program.  Please contact CADA for more help at (507) 625-8688.  Thank you!
This program has specialized services for victims and survivors of family, dating, and domestic violence and abuse.

Domestic violence is a pattern of violent, controlling, or coercive behaviors intended to punish, control, or abuse the victim.

Domestic violence may occur between married and unmarried couples, within teenage and adult relationships, and same-sex relationships.
